ELLA DORMAN

Miss Ella was raised in Traverse City, Michigan where she trained recreationally and competitively at The Dance Center. She graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy as a dance major, where she danced lead roles in La Bayadère, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, and Philip Jerry’s Our Town. She went on to train at A&A Ballet in Chicago, IL, where she danced in various works by Alexei Kremev, Justin Allen, and Ronn Stewart, including the role of “Cinderella” in Kremnev’s adaptation of Cinderella. She spent summers training at ABT New York, Gelsey Kirkland Academy, Joffrey Chicago, and CNADM, and Oklahoma City Ballet. In 2017, she joined OKCB’s Studio Company, then was promoted to the Main Company. Her repertoire with the company includes Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, The Little Mermaid, Romeo and Juliet, Septime Webre’s Alice in Wonderland, La Sylphide, Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments, Helen Pickett’s Petal, Michael Pink’s Dracula, and more. More recently Miss Ella has performed with the Traverse City Dance Project and The Rooted Space Dance Company, dancing works by Noelle Kayser, Kara Wilkes, and Mauro DiCandia. She has been teaching and choreographing dance for over ten years throughout the midwest and loves sharing her love of dance and dance history with her students.

SARAH GLOVER

Miss Sarah grew up training in the Chicagoland area and graduated from East Carolina University with a BFA in Dance Performance, where she had the privilege of studying with, and performing works by guest artists such as the David Dorfman Dance Company and River North Dance Chicago. Miss Sarah is a former company member of Peckish Rhodes Performing Arts Society and current company member of Forward the Movement. As a freelance dancer, she has performed in various shows in the chicagoland area such as Dance For Life, Within (Visceral Dance Chicago), THAW, and toured nationally with her company in 2019. She also had the opportunity to travel internationally to Saudi Arabia to perform in the Saudi Arabian Film festival produced by Freckled Sky in 2023, as well as to Montreal in 2024. In addition to dancing Sarah is a signed model and has worked for companies such as MAC Cosmetics, Groupon, and TJ Maxx. When she is not performing, she loves teaching and inspiring the younger generation of dancers

LAUREN SMITH

Miss Lauren began her dance training in Michigan and is now a performer, dance educator, and photographer based in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance where she had the opportunity to perform works by Brendan Dougan, Aszure Barton, Kate Skarpetowska, Melanie George, Seyong Kim, and Mike Esperanza. She was also a member of the student touring company, Western Dance Project under direction of Whitney Moncrief. Since her arrival in Chicago, she has had the privilege of working with Alluvion Dance and The Rooted Space Company, where she has performed works by Stefany Cotton, Alysia Johnson, and Steven Iannacone, and was fortunate to perform in an episode of Robyn Mineko-Williams’ Undercover Episodes. In addition to performing, Miss Lauren works as a photographer specializing in dance and portraits, and is a dance educator and choreographer.

TERRY TURNER

Mr. Terry  started dancing at five when his mom introduced him to Michael Jackson and his music. He has been an active athlete and enjoys playing football and basketball. After tearing his ACL in college during football practice, he decided to pursue dance and started training more seriously. In 2010, he danced with the UIC Collegiate hip hop team, then FiaModern and Primo Dance Troupe. After training in the collegiate group for some time, he decided it was time for a more significant challenge and auditioned for the professional companies in the Chicago community, starting with Puzzle League in 2012. When he didn’t make The Puzzle League, he auditioned for Chicago Onyx Dance Alliance (CODA). He was accepted into CODA and continued to train in many styles. In 2013, he auditioned again for Puzzle League. Through hard work, training, and perseverance, he was accepted into the company. During that time, he became an Artistic Board member for CODA. Currently, Mr. Terry is a content creator and dance teacher and choreographer in the Chicago area. His mission as a hip-hop teacher is for his students to become educated, confident, and well-trained dancers.

KILEY TILLER

Miss Kiley is a dancer, choreographer, and educator originally from Kalamazoo, MI and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University. During college, Miss Kiley worked with artists such as Tsai Hsi Hung, Yue Yin, Penny Saunders, Monique Haley, and Katy Copeland. During her time at Western, she also worked alongside Kelsey Paschich to lead Western Dance Project, a touring dance ensemble. After college, she moved to Columbus, OH where she joined WhirlWind Dance as a company member. She trained and performed with WhirlWind for two seasons under the direction of Princess Grace winner, Joshua Manculich. Professionally, Miss Kiley has worked with artists such as Joshua Manculich, Kia Smith, and Hanna Bricston.  Outside of performing, Kiley has taught and choreographed around Southwest and Northern Michigan. She is now based in Chicago, where she is freelancing and teaching.

GRETA SORENSON

Miss Greta began dancing at the age of three in her hometown of Des Plaines, IL. She studied all styles of dances but always favored tap dance. Miss Greta continued her dance studies at Hope College, where she graduated with a dual degree in dance and psychology. After college, she lived in Barcelona for seven months to study tap dance and music at Escola Luthier. She is a professional dancer and is in her third season as a company member of Chicago Tap Theatre. She is passionate about tap dance education and loves giving back to the community that raised her.

DANI BLISS RINK

Miss Dani grew up in a Chicago suburb. She began dancing at a young age, training in various styles and competing until she graduated high school. In her senior year, she started her professional career as an intern with Trifecta Dance Collective, where she trained and performed with various professional companies in Chicago. Following this, she attended Illinois State University, where she performed works from artists including Mark Caserta, YNOT, Kaley Pruitt, and Laina Carney. During her time at ISU, her choreographic work was selected as the only student work representing ISU at the American Collegiate Dance Association conference in 2022 and 2023. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Dance Performance, she went off to further her training and launch her career at Waterstreet Dance Milwaukee, where she performed locally and nationally with the company. Following her time with Waterstreet, she has been freelancing in Chicago and pursuing further expansion as an artist through attending various workshops, including Gaga Lab, SANCTA, and more. She is currently pursuing a career as a personal trainer. Miss Dani has taught dance and choreographed for studios across the Midwest for years. She is excited to join the MVMNT faculty, sharing her love and passion for dance while cultivating strong, confident artists!

CAITLIN CLARK

Miss Caitlin (Detroit MI) began her dance journey at Karen’s School of Dance where she trained for 16 years (Highland MI). She holds a BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University. Miss Caitlin joined Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre’s main ensemble after graduating and has been in the company for 3 seasons. She has performed works by Shannon Alvis, Noelle Kayser, Katlin Bourgeois, Michelle Manzanales, Kia Smith, Tsai Hsi Hung, and Monique Haley. Notable performances include dancing as a guest artist with South Chicago Dance Theatre at their Auditorium Theatre debut in 2023 and being in the 2024 NewDances company in collaboration with DanceWorks Chicago and Thodos Dance Chicago. She has taught and choreographed all around Southwest Michigan and the Chicagoland area with a focus on training well-rounded, resilient dancers and humans.

MICHI LETTOW

Michi Lettow began dancing at 8 with Urban Dance Beat, focusing on hip hop. The following year, she joined Kaleidoscope Dance Company’s competitive hip-hop group, “The Krew,” where she competed at various events and trained at the Monsters Hip-Hop convention. After five years with Kaleidoscope, she joined Artistry in Motion Dance Company, specifically training under Terry Turner in their competitive group, Groove, and their performance group. While dancing with Artistry in Motion, she attended conventions and competitions including Monsters, Kaos, and Kinfigure, and Hollywood Connection. She is currently a dancer with The Puzzle Box Dance Company where she is excited to continue her training and performance experience.

Annie Jo Fischer

Annie Jo Fischer (she,her) is a Chicago-based teaching artist, director/choreographer, IDA adjudicator, and member of Actor’s Equity. She began her training at a small studio in Fond du Lac, WI and continued on to the Peck School of the Arts at UWM, receiving her BFA in Dance - influenced greatly by the late Ed Burgess. A few years of collegiate experience with Six Flags Great America led her to settle post grad in Chicago where she explored commercials, short films, and storefront theatres. Annie Jo continued her studies on scholarship with the Jump Rhythm Jazz Project of Chicago, received her equity card, and has since performed professionally in numerous productions at The Marriott, Paramount, Ordway, Fireside, and Drury Lane Theaters - including the re-imagined 42nd Street, choreographed by Jared Grimes. She continues to explore her creative voice choreographing on various professional regional/nationwide, collegiate, competition, and high school stages. Recent credits: White Christmas Tap Choreographer (Paramount Theatre), Ride the Cyclone at The Contemporary (Columbus), the regional premiere of Diary of a Wimpy Kid at Columbus Children’s Theatre, Cinderella collaboration with Amber Mak at Drury Lane, and the upcoming 2027 Illinois All State Production of Something Rotten. Her choreography has won a Broadway World Award, and has been recognized across numerous forums and competitions for it's originality, groove, style, technique, and entertainment value. 
Annie Jo is a trusted 15+ year high energy educator who specializes in tap, musical theater, and jazz. Her passion lies in encouraging and refining an artist's individuality, storytelling, and overall musicianship through a collaborative, committed and supported environment and process. "Practice makes progress - not perfect." Currently, Annie Jo is an adjunct professor for the Chicago College of Performing Arts (Roosevelt University) and Visceral Dance Chicago, guest teaches and adjudicates at competitions and conventions nationwide, and hops back onstage with the nationally known Honey Taps whenever she can. She's ecstatic to get to work with the students of The Movement Studio!

Arden Lapin

Arden Lapin, from Chicago, Illinois, graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.F.A. in Dance Choreography and Performance and a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies with magna cum laude honors in 2019. While at WMU, Lapin performed works by choreographers such as Kyle Abraham, Aszure Barton, Christian Denice, and Joshua Manculich. She also choreographed several of her own pieces which were featured by the Orchesis Dance Society, Winter Gala Dance Concert, American College Dance Association East-Central Conference, Detroit Dance City Festival, and Chicago’s Dance In The Parks. Upon graduating, Lapin became a founding member of COMMON conservatory where she choreographed and produced two works and performed in several pieces created by artists including Alice Klock, Anna Long, Jackie Nowicki, and Meredith Dincolo. Lapin has since worked as a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and puppeteer with Khecari, Hot Crowd, and several freelance opportunities in addition to working in arts administration for Highland Park High School from 2019-2023. She has been on faculty at Chicago Ballet Arts since 2019, where she developed the school’s modern dance curriculum and has choreographed for several productions.

Camille Joyce

Camille Joyce has been teaching KPOP in the Chicagoland area since she was 16. Camille has danced with Prism-Kru and Axis, where she participated in many different KPOP events nationwide, including winning 1st Place at the 2022 Changwon KPOP World Festival, as well as 1st Place in the Relay Dance Battle @KCON LA in 2022. She recently choreographed for the ABC7's “The Dance” for the KPOP (LIKE JENNIE) Section. Her mission as a teacher is to make everyone feel like they are an actual idol - someone who feels confident in their own dancing abilities and body.
